What is the cancellation policy?

We have made every effort to offer a highly flexible cancellation policy, including a 100% refund for cancellations made up to September 15th, 2026.

Abstract submitters who asked for an oral presentation slot until Sep 15th, and were not assigned it by decision – will be able to cancel for free until September 30th if they wish to do so.

If delivering an oral presentation is a deciding factor for your attendance, you can confidently finalize your plans by this deadline. This policy also allows you to take advantage of early-bird registration discounts with zero risk until mid-September.

Please note, however, that if a group registration is reduced to a single registration due to a cancellation, the refunded amount will reflect the removal of the 10% group discount (which requires two or more participants).
For subsequent cancellations, a 50% refund is available through October 31. No refunds will be issued after November 1, except in cases of documented medical emergencies, which will be eligible for a 75% refund at our discretion.
